I recently downloaded Minecraft on a new computer, played for a bit on singleplayer, then went to add a few mods. But, when I went to my .minecraft folder, there was no bin folder, so I could not do so. This is not the case with my old computer however; it still has its bin folder, even with 1.6.2. I do not know if other people have this issue, but it is very annoying and troublesome.
