What I expected to happen was...:
I combined enchanted books to make a new book and it cant be used

What actually happened was...:
I made a Book for my axe comprising of 3 enchantments sharpness 5 efficiency 5 and unbreaking 3 and it is now too expensive to put on the axe. I Basically made an enchanted book that is too over powered that it is now useless.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Combine multiple books to get sharpness V
2. Combine multiple books to get efficiency 5
3. Combine multiple books to combine the 2 previous books and an Unbreaking 3 book to get a useless book
