Put the summary of the bug you're having here
What I expected to happen was...:
A piston (when placed) would have 1 head that would periodically extend/retract
What actually happened was...:
A piston when placed would sometimes have 2 heads, 1 of which was non-functional and extended.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run command /fill ~99 ~ ~99 ~ ~ ~ sculk_sensor
2. Run command /fill ~99 ~1 ~99 ~ ~1 ~ piston[facing=up], you should have a clock that should lag your computer.
3. Place pistons on the side, it may take several attempts in order for it to work.
4. (Optional) Go back to where the commands were run, and run the command /fill ~99 ~ ~99 ~ ~ ~ air to allow the game to run at its normal frame rate.
NOTE: placing a block adjacent to the glitched piston head, it will break
