Passive mobs are frozen and can't be killed or pushed.

      After creating a new world in 1.19, I had no problems at first. I then installed fabric and mods to optimize the game (sodium, sodium extra, reeses sodium options, starlight) while waiting for optifine. 

      When I was able to have optifine in 1.19 and after launching my world, I found myself with passive mobs stuck in place and could not be moved, burned or killed. I could still mount and ride my old horse that had this freeze problem, but after I got off of him, I couldn't pull him to the leash or move him.

      I notice that where the problem is present, it is where the chunks were loaded before putting optifine.

      Apart from that, when I wander a bit further in the world, I don't find any more passive mobs.
