While I was powering pistons with a single tick pulse I noticed that they would only extend if power was coming from east or west.

While building the 1-tick pulse generator below, I noticed that pistons getting powered from north or south, from a single tick pulse, would not extend. However, when getting powered from east or west, pistons did extend. I also tested with other various redstone components, and they all seem to work as intended. This bug also seems to affect sticky pistons.

I tested from 1.19 to 1.19.1 pre-4 and all versions seem to be impacted.

      Steps to Reproduce
Power pistons with a 1-tick pulse on different axis (north/south or east/west)

      Observed Results
Pistons only extend (when powered via a 1-tick pulse) if power is coming from east or west.

      Expected Results
Pistons extend regardless of where power is coming from
