The Bug:
Particles produced from the bad omen effect being consumed cannot be seen by other players.
When the bad omen effect is consumed and a raid begins, the cloud particles produced upon this happening can only be seen by the person who previously had the bad omen effect and not other players.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Get two players and label them "Player A" and "Player B".
- Have "Player A" place down a bed and summon a villager nearby.
- Get "Player B" to look at "Player A".
- Get "Player A" to give themselves the bad omen effect by using the command provided below.
/effect give @s minecraft:bad_omen
- Get "Player B" to watch "Player A" closely as the bad omen effect is consumed and a raid begins.
- Take note as to whether or not particles produced from the bad omen effect being consumed can be seen by other players.
Observed Behavior:
The cloud particles can only be seen by the person that has the bad omen effect consumed from them, and not other players.
Expected Behavior:
The cloud particles would be seen by all players.
