What I expected to happen was:
Sculk sensors not detecting using a hostile mob spawn egg on peaceful mode because it does not spawn a mob

What actually happened was:
Sculk sensors detecting using a hostile mob spawn egg on peaceful mode despite it not spawning a mob

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into peaceful mode
2. Place a sculk sensor
3. Get a spawn egg of a hostile mob like a zombie
4. Try to use the spawn egg near the sculk sensor
5. The sensor activates even though no mob spawns
