Unconfirmed
When i load my minecraft instance, when the menu loads up when moving the mouse stutters, and also when the chunk loads the mouse also stutters.
I tested it in both computers and the bug work just with the Logitech G502 Hero and Lightspeed mouse, and so i have two of them and two computers with the same two mouses and the bug happens even with low graphics setting even if the second computer has an RTX 3070 and 16 GB of Ram.
I also tested with another mouse from MSI and work perfectly.
The problem appear ingame after the LWJGL Update for 1.19.
But on the previous snapshot who didn't had this update the mouse work perfectly.
So this is a bug that happens only with the new version of LWJGL (LWJGL 3.3.1) and occurs on the both Logitech G502 Hero and Lightspeed. Even with a mouse polling rate of 1000hz, 500hz, 250hz, 100hz. So the problem do not come from the mouse polling rate or even the "improve pointer accuracy" turned off.
And also i've forgot to say that the game run smoothly at 60FPS with vsync on ,and 144FPS with vsync off.
