Holding shift and right clicking with a shovel in the main hand turns podzol/grass/dirt blocks into grass paths. Even with dirt in my offhand.

What I expected to happen was...:
What sould happen is holding shift ignores the shovel use like how with other blocks when you shift right-click it doesnt open the chest/door/furnace/crafting table and instead placing the block in my offhand.

      What actually happened was...:
Instead of placing the block it turns the block im looking at into a pathblock making it far more tedius to dig up and replace with dirt/grass.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Equip Shovel in main hand.

      2. Put dirt (or other block) in off hand.

      3. Dig up path block.

      4. Hold shift and right-click to place block.

      5. Block your looking at is turned to path block.
