Recently tried to install and play Minecraft on a Linux machine with just a display server/window manager (i.e. no desktop environment) to see what works!

Game works mostly normal; however, I am not able to use the 'Select datapack' file chooser to select datapack load order for a world in the single-player 'Create new world' menu--doing so will cause a visual bug that renders the window unusable.

I tried testing multiple UI file manager applications, including Dolphin and Thunar, that could drag and drop file folders by their icons, since the in-game menu specifies to do this. I set each of these programs to the system default for opening directory filetype. and the result is always something just like this (but with a different file picker app, this example was with Thunar):

NOTE: I initially thought this issue could be with the window manager application I used, which is XMonad. But if it is, I've never had this issue when any other software opens up my default file manager – only Minecraft.
