The Bug:

Lava springs can generate adjacent to ancient cities occasionally causing wool to be ignited.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Generate a world with the following seed and teleport to the following coordinates.
• Version: 22w14a

  Seed: 1655763006903801361
  Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s -603693.33 -35.80 -3980.54 489.30 60.23

• Take note as to whether or not lava springs can generate adjacent to ancient cities.

Observed Behavior:

Lava springs can generate adjacent to ancient cities occasionally causing wool to be ignited.

Expected Behavior:

Lava springs would not be able to generate adjacent to ancient cities.
