The bug
If the warden emerges very close to the player and said player runs away from that spot, the warden will have no idea of the whereabouts of the player. This can be used to very easily escape the warden if it decides to spawn near the player with no repercussions.
How to reproduce
- Trip a sculk shrieker three times
- As the warden emerges right next to the player, sprint away noisily
- Look back at the warden once it finishes digging up
Expected results
The warden would have at least some idea as to where the player is.
Actual results
Clueless.
