What I expected to happen was...:
I died in my hardcore world and I expected the terrain to load past spawn.

What actually happened was...:
I was 3 days into a hardcore world and when I died and spectated it only loaded spawns terrain. It didn't load any of the surround mountains in the world. I exited my  optifine install and went into latest release and it was the same issue. seed: -3183854793347930870

Steps to Reproduce:
Unable to reproduce in regular install when I die in the same seed but different world and spectate issue did not persist. I can send a world download if necessary it seems to only happen in the one world.
