Summary: If you go into spectator mode while running into a block, you can't sprint by hitting Ctrl.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Run into a wall in Creative or Survival mode (continue doing this)
2. Go into Spectator mode using F3 + N

Observed Results:
You cannot sprint using Ctrl in spectator mode.

Expected Results:
You would be able to sprint using Ctrl in spectator mode.
