Windows 11, GTX 1050 ti, i5-9400F, searched java download on google and went to oracle and downloaded java with the big red button. I use 8bg Ram on Minecraft. I am playing on a SSD.

Sometimes even when sensitivity are on over 100% it starts moving increadebly slow and all keyboard inputs are delayed. its hard to get a video capture because it happens so randomly and can be gone in 1-10 seconds, so i dont have time to start the capture.
