What I expected to happen was...:
I was playing survival on the new snapshot and i was smelting stuff on a furnace. Then a creeper exploded without sound

What actually happened was...:
I was smelting stuff in a furnace and when i got the items, i heard no experience point sound. Later in the world, a creeper exploded infront of me but i never heard a sound of an explosion.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try getting experience with EXP Bottles or smelt items. Creeper sounds aren't working, same goes for explosions
