Duplicate of MC-241288. Couldn't find it before, sorry.

In 1.16 and 1.17 we could modify which structures generate by multiple ways, however one of them seems to be broken on 1.18 pre release 5.

Prior to 1.18 we could modify the contents of worldgen/template_pool folder to modify which structure will generate in place of an another. Unfortunatelly it's not a thing in 1.18 pre release 5, despite the fact that those files are still available in the official world generation reference pack.

This is really frustrating, as at the moment there is no advanced enough method to add custom structures.

Attached data pack changes pillager outpost to bastion remnant, which works in 1.17.1, but not in 1.18 pre release 5.
      How to reproduce:
1.Load attached data pack to a minecraft world
      2.Use /locate pillager_outpost
3.Observe the pack working in 1.17, but not in 1.18 pre release 5 despite lack of changes in file paths throughout the development on 1.18.
