The Bug:

There are no shadows on text displayed within a variety of UIs.

Text displayed within titles, chat, tooltips, buttons, etc... have text shadows and the use of this makes text more legible, however, this isn't the case with a wide variety of UIs, therefore introducing an inconsistency.

Here is a table that lists all pieces of text that don't have shadows within UIs. Please note that there could be more not listed below.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Locate the text within any UI as listed above.
• Take note as to whether or not there are shadows on text displayed within a variety of UIs.

Observed Behavior:

There are no shadows on text displayed within a variety of UIs.

Expected Behavior:

There would be shadows on text displayed within all UIs.
