If two bows are damaged and combined to full health in a grindstone you can use the recipe for a dispenser in a crafting table as normal, but as soon as you click the recipe for a dispenser, it automatically changes to the dropper recipe and crafts a dropper if you do not add the bow manually, it crafts a dropper.
