A guardian farm that was working in 1.17.1 is no longer spawning Guardians in 21w44a (first snapshot I tested in).  Is this expected to be working or not because it no longer built in an Ocean Temple location? (I presume the location is not listed as a Ocean Temple in 1.18 at that seed normally)

The chunks are in a deep_lukewarm_ocean, but no spawns are occurring.  I had trimmed the world around the guardian farm (chunks that were outside the external walls).
