I have been playing around in snapshots and found what I assume is a bugs

If you converter 1.17 map into 21w43a snapshot, the blending does seem to work. However, I converted snapshot 21w42a world to snapshot 21w43a and it created chunk borders everywhere. I tested with multiple maps and this chunk borders are definitely not from older snapshots or updates. Its probably not a problem in long term as people wont upgrade through each snapshot individually but while they are coming out slowly and people do it with each one, it might be a problem for many players.
