Ever since around June, I have been noticing my Minecraft hand stuttering, even though, I have a stable framerate. Then, in some time around August, I started noticing my player randomly turning his head in a different direction. I knew this had to do with the stuttering. Although, I fixed the player randomly turning in a random direction by turning off mouse acceleration in windows settings, and I turned my mouse polling rate down to 125hz. After that, I had a day where it didn't stutter at all, and then today, it started stuttering again. It is only stuttering, it is not making the player randomly turn in a random direction. As seen in this video, I have a framerate where it shouldn't stutter.
