When using '/clear @a 46' to on a rapid clock, the circuit removed any items you attempt to move in your inventory.
What I expected to happen was...:
The circuit removes the item/block specified.
What actually happened was...:
The circuit removes all blocks you're holding, preventing you from spawning blocks in creative, or crafting/moving any items on survival
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a clock (most problematic on rapid clocks, but works with any speed)
2. Connect a command block using the /clear command to remove a specific item (eg: 'clear @a 46')
3. Open your inventory and attempt to spawn an item from the creative inventory/move an item
