Bug:

When swapping your offhand and mainhand items, item.armor.equip_generic is supposed to play. However, the player themselves cannot hear it. Only other players can. On some multiplayer servers however, the player themselves can.

Steps To Reproduce:

• Join a multiplayer server/open to LAN with another player
• Put one item in your offhand, and one in your main
• Swap your items
   - Notice how you don't hear any sound effect
• Make the other player do the same thing
   - Notice how you can hear the item.armor.equip_generic sound effect

Expected Result:

You should be able to hear the item.armor.equip_generic sound effect when you swap your own items, along with already being able to hear other players do it.
