So, recently my Minecraft quality has plummeted. It has become jagged, wavy and very grainy. With some Nvidia settings I have been able to get rid of the jagged edges, but no matter what I do the wavy and grainy textures won't get better. I wanted to attach videos to show the bad quality of gameplay but the file size is too big and youtube just compresses it anyway so you can't really see it. But to put it into perspective for example if there is mountain of dirt far away and you move, it would look like one of those old black and white grain TV stuff but just brown instead of Black and white. It is Vanilla Minecraft 1.17.1, I have deleted and reinstalled the .minecraft folder multiple times but I still get the same issue. I have messed around with Antialiasing - FXAA, Antialiasing Settings, Anisotropic filtering, DSR, Texture Filtering, Threaded Optimization, Triple Buffing and Vertical Sync but nothing gets rid of the waviness and graininess in far away textures, the jagged lines do get better though. I am running on a GTX 960 2GB GPU, i5 6400 2.7GHz CPU and 8GB DDR4 Ram and I run it on 144Hz 1080p. I have also allocated more Ram, up to 3GB where I used to run smoothly on 2GB, I can't go higher than 3GB because it causes all my applications to crash after a few minutes of playing. I cannot find any working solutions online so this is my last reach for help. I cannot recall doing/changing anything before the issue started happening, maybe installing mods and installing Java 16. I have updated Java 8, Java 16 and my GPU drivers to the latest versions and restarted my computer several times. The weird thing is that the issue also occurs on Bedrock (Windows 10 Edition), but I think it happens worse on Java Edition. I have also completely reinstalled my driver to no avail. I believe this issue started happening after I installed Java 16 but I'm not 100% sure, I can also confirm it's not GeForce Experience trying to optimize my game, that is disabled. I have no idea what to do anymore
