My friends and I were playing on a private server. Recently we decided to switch that world into a realms server. I decided to log in to play, and I was having issues with the "Connection Reset" error. No worries, some computer resets, I was in and I was playing for a while, maybe 40 minutes.

I decided to go into the end. So I went to the nether, traveled back to the overworld, went through the end portal and flew around there for a couple minutes. I disconnected in mid flight in the end cause I had to take a call. I then reconnected in mid flight and went to the portal to get back to the overworld. I went through it, then the game kicked me out with another "Connection Reset" error as I was loading into the overworld.

Since then, nothing I have done has allowed me to get back onto the realm. Every time, I load in for 1 second, then "Connection Reset" error.

I have even followed the instructions in this ticket - MC-227913

Since following those instructions, I now get an "Access Denied" error when trying to get onto minecraft.net and do not know how to fix it without using incognito mode.

I am so frustrated we are going to cancel our realms subscription, such a waste of a service to pay for issues that we never had on a dedicated server.
