I'm trying to create a store with carpet instead of a wool floor like in 1.5.2, but I am unable to due to items "floating" when I use carpet. Instead of full blocks, they should count as they actual 1/9 of a block or however small they are.

To recreate:
1. Place carpet on a block.
2. Place anything on the carpet.
