Water and lava sometimes don't update correctly when intersecting structures.
Please take into consideration that the world generation at the moment is very inconsistent, so entering this information may sometimes not demonstrate the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
- Observe your surroundings and look at the nearby liquids closely.
- Take note as to whether or not water and lava sometimes don't update correctly when intersecting structures.
Observed Behavior:
Water and lava sometimes don't update correctly when intersecting structures.
Expected Behavior:
Water and lava would always update correctly when intersecting structures.
