Arrow freeze-bounces on player while riding horse.

What I expected to happen was...:
Arrow would hit and damage horse

What actually happened was...:
Arrow bounced yet froze on player

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a bow
2. ride a horse
3. shoot arrow up while trying to hit yourself

4. when landing on you, arrow will get stuck while falling.

5. the horse moving or you getting off will make the arrow hit and damage the horse.
