I had an issue with my bees going inside my floor made out of hive blocks, so I mined the hives with silk touch and released the bees back into their enclosure with 2 nest blocks. I realised that my 6 bees (all with different names) turned into at least 4 named Leonard, 3 named Dust and 2 named Ash. There were other named bees but I have not seen bees with their nametags. So either the bees duplicated somehow or many bees changed their nametag into the same name, i'm really not sure. In the enclosure after the glitch I saw 5 bees out at the same time, and after that i've found 3 more bees (all named Leonard) and returned them in the enclosure too. So, too many bees and too many Leonards, Dusts and Ashes.

EDIT: in my other bee enclosure, the same glitch has happened. Multiple bees with the same nametag. Those hive blocks have never been broken with Silk Touch, so the glitch isn't related to the hives being broken. I don't know if the amount of bees in that enclosure has increased.
