When a mob (mainly tested with villagers and zombies so far) tries to pathfind to a targeted location, it can get stuck indefinitely on an azalea bush.

      Steps to reproduce (for villagers):
      1. Place a target of interest (e.g. a workstation)
      2. Place an azalea bush a few blocks from it on the same horizontal axis
      3. Spawn a villager a few blocks from the bush  still on the same horizontal axis

Expected result: The villager pathfinds to the workstation by either jumping over the bush or going around it. (As demonstrated with a control group where a regular dirt block replaces the bush)
Actual result: The villager pathfinds in a straight line towards the workstation but never reaches it because they ignore the bush blocking their way as if it was a non-solid block. Zombies are unable to reach villagers in a similar manner.

(Set-up and results visualized in attached images)
