When pushing a tnt minecart on to fire from a rail, the minecart begins to spin about the X and Z axis. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. To recreate, place a rail of any kind on the groud, put fire on one end, and push a tnt minecart into the fire. This glitch is also found in 1.16.5.
