Put the summary of the bug you're having here
What I expected to happen was...:
When you start the game for the first time in single player mode (I could not see if the problem is present in multiplayer) when using the chat a lag peak is generated quite uncomfortable the first time to use it, from then on the chat works normal, but the normal thing is that there should not be that peak of lag when using the chat.
What actually happened was...:
We start the game in this case single player and when using the chat a peak of lag is generated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start the game (happens whenever the computer starts for the first time or restarts the game)
2. use the chat as if you wanted to talk to someone, write some coordinates, whatever and you will notice a slight spike of delay, you can see it more clearly by pressing keys Alt + Shift + F3
3. use the chat again and you will notice that there will be no delay peaks, this problem should not exist or so I think.
For compelling reasons, I upload a video to the YouTube platform.
