When placing and breaking torch's that can be mined by a player's bare hand, I noticed that the block underneath the torch was sometimes being broken as well.

Expected outcome: Breaking the torch would only break the torch itself, and the block underneath the torch would have no effect.

Actual outcome: Breaking the torch breaks the torch, and the block underneath if that block can be mined by a player's bare hand.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Grab torches, and a block that can be mined with no tool such as dirt,
      2. Start placing and breaking torch's continously until the block underneath breaks.

The hitbox of breaking the torch shouldn't affect the hitbox of the block underneath the torch.
