Hi, I was trying to place a sign, and I decided to use color codes. I had never used them before, but I knew how to do it. I typed the § sign, as it was on my keyboard. Then typing a number (1, 2, 3, etc.), the number didn't show, but the next character I typed was colored. I was going through the different colors, but then it just stopped working. I tried to do the same colors again but to no avail. The § still doesn't show up, but the number appears, and in black. I have tried restarting the game.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, if this is version specific, I'm wary of going to an earlier snapshot (I don't want to corrupt my world, I've been playing it for quite some time now).
