So horses, donkeys, mules, skeleton horses and zombie horses can't go to boats.

What I expected to happen was...:
The horse would "sit" on the boat

What actually happened was...:
it was standing there, looking at me like "What is supposed to happen?" and continued walking around.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a boat
2. try to get a horse in it
3. the horse will act like the boat was a block or a slab and won't get in the boat
