Exactly as the title states. Very peculiar behaviour and only seems to happen with items in hand I could vaguely describe as 'complicated'. For example, your bog-standard birch block or granite block is fine but a chicken spawn egg or anything in the TieredItem class seems to cause it. My theory about it being something to do with blocks is seemingly unsupported as the new polished deepslate seems to also cause it.

List of items I tested:

• Bare hands - does not freeze
• Trident (enchanted) - freezes
• Repeating command block - freezes
• Birch wood planks - does not freeze
• Polished deepslate - freezes
• Enchanted netherite sword - freezes
• Player head - freezes
• Block of Iron - seems to freeze but not nearly as much as any of the other mentioned freezes, barely noticeable but definitely slower than birch wood planks or polished granite
• Polished granite - does not freeze
• 11 dirt - does not freeze
• Chicken spawn egg - freezes
• Gravel - does not freeze
• slightly broken netherite shovel - freezes
• chest - freezes

This issue persists after closing and reloading world and restarting the client. Should note that the chest I used in the video probably originally had a loot table but this happens for any chest in my world and changing the items doesn't seem to do anything. Reducing the amount of ItemStacks does increase the speed it renders though so I'm thinking this is probably to do with some new GUI rendering change though I can't see anything of the sort in the snapshot changelogs. I can provide the world download if this problem can't be easily reproduced. Should note that I have no resource packs installed but I do have a data pack or 3 on this world. Also occurs for barrels.
