My skins have not been loading for quite a while, (in multiplayer and singleplayer). Whenever I play multiplayer servers, only 1 skin will be loaded and the rest will be steves and alexes. My friends could see my skin and everyones. I have deleted Optifine but it is still the same. The skin server is not down because my friends could play with no problems with the skin

These are the list of things that I have tried:
-Deleting and reinstalling Minecraft
-Logging in and out of my MC account
-Restarted my computer
-Resetting my skin
-Playing offline for a while
-Checked everywhere for solutions but to no avail.
-Checking on my internet connection (it is fine)
Please help me..
