i dont know how the problem started its never happened before. when i loaded it, it showed the mojanj in orange and complete white background and then it went black for a few seconds and crash report it said that the jar files where untouched. so i deleted it cleared my recyclebin and re downloaded it from minecraft.net and i loaded it and it crashed i got this method from the suport center but it doesnt work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download the launcher
2. ...login and load the launcher
3. ...bam, crash report
