CONDITIONAL COMMAND BLOCKS do not save the fact that they are conditional when using "Ctrl+Pick-Block"

When using the block data saving shortcut: "Ctrl + Pick-Block", command blocks that are conditional will not be conditional after placing down the copied block. This is highly inconvenient when (for ex.) copying and/or moving a conditional always active chain command block that has a "tp" command. I myself have copied many always active conditional chain command blocks that are using a "tp" command and have put them on a different repeating command block, and in the process of placing it down it gets myself stuck. (for ex.) I copied an always active conditional chain command block that had the command, "execute positioned 120 65 345 run tp @p 120 72 345", and placed it down, causing me to be constantly teleported to 120 72 345, instead of waiting (or being conditional on) an always active unconditional repeating command block that had the command (this doesn't really have anything to do with the bug, I just wanted to be clear), "execute if block 120 66 345  minecraft:warped_button[powered=true] run setblock 120 66 345 minecraft:warped_button[powered=false]". I had to have one of my friends join and change the command block back to a conditional one in order to free me. Hope you can fix it!
