If an block item were to be named, or have a piece of it's NBT data changed, upon placing and breaking the block, the data is removed.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that when I placed a named block, then broke that named block, I would get back a named block.

      What actually happened was...:
Upon breaking the named block I had placed, the name had been removed and It was back to being a plain old boring <block> block, instead of an exciting <name> block!

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Name a block
      2. Place the named block
      3. Break the named block
      4. The name is gone D:

      Additional details:
I Have used the search function, and while I have found similar issues, I have not found an issue to which this could be considered a Duplicate. I am referring to regular blocks, NOT Tile entities.
