I was attacking an enderman and accidently hit a zombified piglin. I was low on health so I quickly blocked myself in a one by one area.

What I expected to happen was...:

I thought I was safe since I was inside the cobble box I made.

What actually happened was...:

Since I was low on health I started eating for my health to regenerate and was sneaking that's when I got hit through the wall and died "lost my hardcore mode" they couldn't have possible gotten to me. After I died I double checked to see if I missed placing a block block but no it turned out if your hitbox is near a corner of a wall block zombified piglins can hit you through it.

1. Hit a zombified piglin
2. Block yourself inside a box
3. go near the boxes wall
