I updated to snapshot 21w10a from the previous snapshot and the enchanting table will no longer list any enchantments when an item is placed into it. I made a backup before loading my survival world into the new snapshot so it's not a big deal for me. I tested this on a brand new creative world made in snapshot 21w10a and the enchanting table still did not list enchantments for the iron pickaxe I placed into it.
