Essentially I can't click on the first level enchantment for a fishing rod, it doesn't list any enchantments and if I click on it nothing happens.

What I expected to happen was...:
An enchantment to be listed and applied to my fishing rod after I clicked the button

What actually happened was...:
No enchantment was shown and clicking on the button gives no results

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Have a random chance that the enchantment table is broken
2. click on the I level enchantment
3. have nothing happen
