Whenever someone polls info from my server and/or somebody click refresh button on Minecraft, my server states [SEVERE] End of Stream for /24...(my external ip)

The odd part is that the server still works but once in a while the players says that they have a quick frame drop which last for a second or so... This frame drop also happened to me but only when I used the following resourcepack:

I doubt that it is my system because I have an Alienware M17x 16GB DDR3 ram wth i7 processor. My normal frame-rate is around 200fps but when this bug happens it drops to 10-15 for 1 second.

This issue started with the new server edition for Minecraft 1.6.1. The last version server edition (for minecraft 1.5) worked flawlessly.

The server runs on a exclusive laptop, but even when I tried to run the server on my Alienware, I was able to duplicate the issue. The world for this server was generated last year.
