What I expected to happen was...:
When a horse foul walked around it will be fine.

What actually happened was...:
When a horse foul walked into a block, it got stuck in the block and suffocated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make atleast a 1 deep hole for the baby horse!
2. Spawn the baby horse.
3. wait for the foul to step into a block.
4. if jumped over, make it a 2 or 3 block hole. (DOES NOT WORK WITH ADULT HORSES)
