in any game type and anywhere in the game, the text looks like each letter doesn't know where to go except the first and last ones. For example, the single player button text looks like:

"S| ,n igl ie pl ia ly :e i"

Didn't happen before I updated to 1.6.1 or the new launcher. Not a problem with texture, scratch that, RESOURCE pack either, worked before update:/
