When a cave spider goes in a minecart and the mine cart goes around a turn where there is a vertical pillar at least one block tall, there is a chance the cave spiders will suffocate. It usually takes 1 health point because it rarely happens when the carts are going slow enough for it to be more than that. Since cave spiders are only one block wide, they shouldn't suffocate.
