Permanent breaking block Image upon reconnecting while breaking a block in multiplayer.

What I expected to happen was...:
The Blocks Broken Particle should have disappeared.

What actually happened was...:
Instead, upon reconnecting the broken particle will be stuck, whether the block was broken or not. leaving permanent broken particles until logging back off for a while.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. While someone is breaking a block near you, log off and back on
2. look to the blocks they had been breaking and the breaking particle will still be there
(this can be very annoying if multiple players were breaking blocks at the time you logged off)
