Whenever I try to move an item in my inventory or a container, it sometimes would be delayed for a bit and then move. Other times, it would be delayed for a few minutes and when I am not looking in my inventory or a container, the delay would cause the player to break stuff in the game uncontrollably if you're facing a block. As shown in the video, if I hold an item in my inventory or a container, the item would hover a bit too high over the cursor and the numbers that show how much items there are will also be in the wrong spot. Also, if I let go of an item while hovering over another item in my inventory or a container, items will go back to it's original slot incorrectly as shown in the video. Another thing I noticed with this bug is that when I hover over a world in the world list, it would show a warning to backup before loading the world for worlds that were already loaded in the latest snapshot. This bug affects multiple worlds. When I was making the demonstration video, I noticed that the weird delays don't only happen with items, it also happened when I was trying to enter a command before the video started (which is why there was a weird delay at the beginning of the video), and when I hit a wolf. In the video, I was showing my mouse to show that I wasn't doing anything when my player was breaking blocks. I tried this with another mouse and it still happened, so I knew that it's not a mouse problem.
